Stay consistent with challenges that keep you accountable
The Challenges module in the Longevity Protocols app combines micro-competition with group support, so you can actually stick to the habits that matter.
Create or join challenges with clear rules, track your consistency and ranking in real time, and finish with a real result. It is not just tracking. It is a system for follow-through.
How Challenges work in 4 simple steps
A clear process that turns intention into consistent action.
- 1. Create or join: start your own challenge or join with an 8-character code/public list.
- 2. Set the rules: choose dates, target consistency, days/week, and optional reward.
- 3. Track live: monitor your consistency %, ranking, and daily completion grid.
- 4. Finish strong: move to completed challenges with a clear result and summary.
How to open the Challenges module
Three taps from the home screen to Create or Join.
- Protocols: tap the Protocol tab in the bottom navigation (pulse icon).
- Challenges: open the Challenges tile from the protocol grid.
- Start: choose Create challenge or Join challenge.
Social accountability that keeps habits alive
Micro-competition plus group support is the motivation engine.
Challenges are not another passive tracker. You commit to a shared timeframe, everyone sees progress, and your consistency becomes visible. This structure lowers drop-off and helps you keep showing up even when motivation dips.
Invite friends in seconds, not minutes
Built-in sharing tools remove friction from group onboarding.
In challenge details you get a copyable invite code, ready-to-send messages, and clear join instructions for people with and without the app. You do not need to explain the process manually every time.
Join public challenges instantly
No invite needed. Pick a challenge and start building momentum.
Open the Join challenge flow and browse public challenges ready to join. You can compare goals, schedule, and participant activity, then enter the one that matches your current priority. If approval is required, your request goes to Pending approval; if not, you join immediately.

- Each user can run up to 3 active challenges at once.
