Why staying current matters
Longevity does not stand still. New research, revised guidelines, and practical ideas surface every week — sometimes faster than you can turn them into habits.
If you only catch updates occasionally, it is easy to feel behind: you train and supplement with yesterday’s mental model while the conversation has already moved on. Staying loosely on top of what is new helps you adjust with intention, not panic.
Longevity News is built for that rhythm: explore what is new, read what resonates, and return when the next wave of articles lands.
What Longevity News does
Longevity News is a dedicated feed of the latest articles from Longevity Protocols.
You get a scrollable list with cover image, title, date, and short description. Tap a card to read the full article in your browser. Pull down to refresh, scroll for more, or use Load more when additional pages are available.
The feed follows your app language — English or Polish — so you can follow breakthroughs and insights in the form you actually use day to day.
Use Longevity News when you want a calm, curated pulse on what is new — not another endless scroll of mixed content.
Problems that Longevity News helps solve
Do you care about longevity, but feel like the field moves faster than your ability to keep up?
That is normal. Useful updates sit next to hype, outdated takes, and noise. Even good articles disappear into bookmarks or social feeds you never reopen. Weeks later, you are not sure what you missed or what still matters.
Longevity News helps you stay oriented without building your own reading system from scratch.
This is especially useful when the need is not “give me more information” but “help me notice what changed.” The app can help by:
- Surfacing breakthroughs: latest posts in one place, ready to browse.
- Reducing friction: headlines and excerpts in the app; full reading when you choose.
- Matching your language: English or Polish feed from the same source.
- Staying lightweight: check in when you have five minutes; go deep when a title hooks you.
- Fitting your routine: news lives next to structured learning and reference material in the Learn area.
Use it when you want to explore the latest in longevity and stay current without living in ten different tabs.

Browse and read articles
Each card is designed for a quick scan:
- Image — visual cue for the topic.
- Title — what the breakthrough or guide is about.
- Date — when it was published (formatted for your locale).
- Description — short excerpt so you can decide if it is worth opening now.
Tap the card to read the full article. Only secure https links are opened.
If loading fails, check your connection and tap Retry. When you reach the end of the feed, you will see No more articles.
The Learn header may highlight the latest headline on a featured tile so you can jump straight into what is new.
Language and feed source
Articles are loaded from the Longevity Protocols mobile blog feed:
- English:
longevity-protocols.com/mobile-blog/en/page/1.json - Polish:
longevity-protocols.com/mobile-blog/pl/page/1.json
The app selects the feed from your current language setting. Older pages load as you scroll or tap Load more. Pull to refresh anytime you want a fresh check for new posts.
You can also sign up for the newsletter from the Learn header if you want updates by email in addition to browsing in the app.
How this fits with Learn
Longevity News is one part of a broader knowledge hub:
| Section | Role |
|---|---|
| Longevity Course | Structured lessons and progress |
| Longevity News | Latest articles and what is changing now |
| Knowledge Base | Quick reference when you need context |
Together they support learning the system, following what is new, and looking up details when something in the news raises a question.
Rules and FAQ
Is Longevity News the same as the Longevity Course?
