Longevity Protocols: How to Create a Personalized Health and Longevity Plan

Discover tools that will help you achieve health and longevity thanks to new technologies and breakthroughs in medicine

What this project is about and who it is for

Longevity Protocols is a set of tools and the largest knowledge base on health and longevity. Every supplement, therapy, and any other intervention has been evaluated by artificial intelligence, which has analyzed millions of available medical studies and estimated the level of evidence and the risk of potential side effects for each action.

To avoid conflicts of interest and ensure maximum objectivity, this project does not sell any supplements, health devices, or other products that could create such a conflict of interest.

Using new technologies (like the latest AI models) and vast resources of medical studies and documents, the materials on our website will help you create a personalized, perfectly tailored health and longevity plan.

In other words – you’ve found a place that will help you answer questions like:

  • What should I do to live healthier and enjoy my peak physical and mental shape as long as possible?
  • Which actions are backed by research, and which are just speculation and marketing?

Imagine you’re 20 again, your body is bursting with energy, vitality, and zest for life. Thanks to advances in science, it’s now possible for you to feel like this even if you’re 30 or 40.

Technological progress means that the limits of our peak condition are constantly being pushed, and the rapid development of artificial intelligence is further fueling innovation in longevity. We live in times where breakthroughs happen all the time.

Soon, a 50-year-old in the shape of a 20-year-old will be nothing unusual. This limit will be continuously pushed, and in reality, we still don’t know where it is.

That’s why the Longevity Protocols project should be seen as a living organism that changes and evolves along with scientific progress. Thanks to artificial intelligence and access to vast medical data resources, as well as the ever-updating news from the medical world, we regularly learn about new steps we can take to add another brick to our health and longevity.

Intervention means any action aimed at improving health or longevity. This could be therapy, a supplement, exercise, diet, etc.

Protocol is a personalized and structured plan containing various interventions tailored to a person's needs and goals.

Potential risk

We live in amazing times of unimaginable possibilities. However, along with opportunity, this also comes with great risk.

The popularity of health and longevity has made the market blossom with experts and longevity products. Few pay attention to verifying the effectiveness of specific actions, therapies, or supplements – everyone is chasing profit.

For an Instagram influencer, it doesn’t matter whether the "miracle longevity cure" you can buy from them for only "$199" has any research backing. Only the earnings matter, and on the Internet there’s no time for such “nonsense” as reliable verification.

Fantastic therapies, magic supplements, wonderful products – these are often just ordinary lies, and the only positive effect from these “miracles” is seen in the wallets of the promoters urging you to buy their goods.

Bryan Johnson – altruistic hero or genius salesman?

In the Longevity sphere, there are also figures like Bryan Johnson, who takes over 100 different supplements daily and undertakes many risky interventions, such as gene therapies or plasma transfusions.

Bryan is undoubtedly a pioneer in many areas related to longevity and motivates masses of people to live healthier lives. Personally, I highly value his actions and see him as an inspiration in many ways.

However, one thing must be remembered – behind his actions is a huge business selling supplements and longevity-related products. So, there’s a very clear conflict of interest – because it’s in Bryan’s interest that you buy as many of these supplements as possible, and that might not necessarily be good for you.

Of course, I’m not saying that Bryan Johnson has bad intentions or sells ineffective products. I just want to point out the undeniable conflict of interest that raises legitimate questions and doubts.

Notice that in medical research, all documents include information about potential conflicts of interest. This is done because their presence is a red flag, as there’s a serious risk that certain results could have been manipulated in someone’s interest.

Additionally, although Bryan Johnson emphasizes the fundamental importance of the scientific method, he has never addressed the accusations that he does not always apply it to himself.

Namely, by using such a huge number of interventions and products on one person, it’s impossible to isolate their effects and measure what truly works and how. This approach is far from the scientific method and doesn’t allow us to draw solid conclusions.

Why this project is different

Longevity Protocols is different for a simple reason – you can’t buy any supplements, therapies, or any other products here that are subject to the assessment of the effectiveness of a given health intervention. There’s no conflict of interest here, as the main goal of Longevity Protocols is to provide maximally objective evaluation of all actions for health and longevity, as well as to deliver knowledge and tools to interested individuals.

Longevity is a true rabbit hole

Jumping into it, you can quickly feel overwhelmed and lost, and in the worst case, you can hurt yourself by choosing the wrong interventions at the wrong level for you.

That’s why, before you start exploring the depths of our portal, be sure to read the entire "Fundamentals" section, which will prepare you for the challenges of longevity.

It’s important to emphasize that Longevity Protocols is not just a data collection, but a space that changes the way we think about health and longevity. It’s designed to guide you through the complex and challenging world of research, interventions, and protocols.

How to use the resources of this website

I recommend reading this on a computer or other device with a larger screen, although it’s not necessary. Our portal contains a lot of data, which is simply easier to read on a bigger screen.

If you have no other option, the mobile version is fine too, though jumping between different portal sections may be slightly less convenient. However, we’ve made sure that everything looks as good as possible on phones too.

Read all the lessons in the "Fundamentals" and "Levels of advancement" sections one by one. This will prepare you to thoroughly explore individual interventions and protocols.

Below each lesson, you’ll find "Previous" and "Next" buttons (on mobile you’ll only see left and right arrows), which will guide you step by step through all the stages.

(the buttons below are only a demonstration – the actual navigation buttons are located below)

Previous Next

Additionally, in the side navigation, you’ll find a table of contents (on mobile, tap the icon in the top left corner to expand the menu).

When you’re ready, click the "Next" button below (or the right arrow if you’re on your phone) and start your journey to health and longevity.
